Through personal research projects and studies, I have also learned about the importance of physical exercise, specifically those that help with the reduction of inflammation. These exercises should include such components of fitness as cardiovascular, flexibility, core stability and mobility, and muscular strength and endurance training, as all will help facilitate healing and improved health. Those suffering from this disease, it is important to know that exercise does not cure Lipedema, as the only way is to remove the fat through surgery.
